Job Purpose

As a member of our Decorative Paints business you will oversee a team ensuring that our Microsoft Dynamics System is functioning as designed to deliver the best customer and colleague experience as well as adapting our systems to future challenges.

Job Responsibilities

* Ensure systems meet our strategic goals.

* Deliver a stable, efficient system architecture.

* Ensure effective system interfaces & testing regimes.

* Manage business data integrity / security.

* Encourage automation of processes for increased productivity.

* Raise system issues & liaise with 3rd party providers for solutions.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather ongoing feedback & implement system improvements to maintain industry-leading practices.

Job Requirements

* Previous team management experience

* Knowledge of ERP systems - Office365 / Dynamics 365

* Knowledge of system architecture & interfaces

* Experience in continuous improvement

* Experience in cross-functional IT implementation projects.

* Understanding of technical standards & governance
