Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences? Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to join. In this role, you will assist and support the Catering Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of their catering facilities and lead the hospitality team to deliver outstanding service.

What will I be doing?

As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. You'll be responsible for overseeing the hospitality operation in the absence of the Catering Manager, ensuring that all team members are well-trained, motivated, and focused on providing a memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a high standard of food quality and customer service, with a strong understanding of the menu and allergens.
Supervise and coach full-time and part-time hospitality team members, providing daily instruction, training, and performance reviews.
Maintain excellent communication between back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
Respond to customer needs and feedback positively, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Assist in staff training and development plans, focusing on maintaining food and service standards.
Manage stock control, food orders, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the catering facilities.
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations, meeting with officials when required.
Collaborate with the management team and external stakeholders to uphold our reputation for service and quality.Where will I be doing it?
