Support Technician - Controls & Automation
Are you a Controls engineer or do you have a background in controls and Automation?
Would you like to be in a role where you provide support and advice to customers?
My client are a well established distributor and support a wide range of products for industrial automation, process control and electrical engineering.
The Role
Provide technical support and advice to customers via phone, email or video
Take calls and reply to emails for any potential customer orders
Talking customers through a series of steps to resolve their query
Educating end-users on how to resolve future issuesRequirements
Background working for a controls/automation company
PLC Controls knowledge would be an advantage
Good friendly telephone mannerPackage
Up to £40,000 salary
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
