The home offers care and support for people living with long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy and motor neurone disease.

NMC PIN registered
Previous experience in care home setting is desirable
Medication Management
Good clinical knowledge and good understanding of CQC policies and procedures
