Rare Disease Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Temporary position until August 2025 in Vienna


Aufgaben

This role will take responsibility for the operational marketing activities of our rare disease portfolio with a special focus on our ATTR-CM product. Key activities will include planning, implementation and tracking of the tactics in Austria. Passionate candidates with a bias for action that are excited to "roll up their sleeves" and take end-to-end ownership and bear witness to the growth engine of our rare disease portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Management & Marketing:

  • Independent execution of multi-channel marketing activities of our ATTR-CM product and rare disease portfolio for our customers (physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders)
  • Development and implementation of value-added services, promotional materials aligned with brand orientated strategies and tactics (local/ global)
  • Build strong relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders (Therapeutic Area Leads, Medical colleagues, Communications, Legal and Finance)
  • Initiating, concepting, budgeting and responsibility for commercial content of events such as expert/user boards, congresses.
  • Coordinating and developing media work, partnering with CoLab and where applicable, local agencies etc.
  • Ensure that all activities are in line with local laws and regulations.

Cross-Functional, International Commercial Office (ICO) & Global Collaboration

  • Drive education of Field Force (FF) to ensure and enhance implementation and accuracy of materials, programs and services.
  • Collaborate with Global and ICO teams as directed.
  • Share knowledge of local dynamics and insights on the portfolio and customers with cross-functional team to enable development of core programs/ materials.

Customer Engagement & Insight Generation

  • Focus on digital activities to further strengthen relationships with relevant customers and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sr. Manager CBL to lead impactful customer/omni-channel activities.

Other Notes: This role is an individual contributor position without direct reports and will report to the Specialty Care Therapeutic Area Lead.


Profil
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in the field of business administration, science, or economics
  • Solid understanding of hospital & pharmaceutical space including legal framework
  • Knowledge and experience in pharma-marketing, healthcare, and pharmaceutical environment or at least in similar markets
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills incl. digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience in collaboration and management of external vendors
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, accountability, and agility
  • Ownership & innovative mentality
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Fluency in German and English

The salary depends on your educational background and expertise as well as your previous experiences but will at least amount to € 64.500 gross p.a. on a fulltime basis.
