Delivery Excellence:Drive operational efficiency and service quality across our global delivery centers.
Define and develop strategies to optimize our cost-to-serve
Financial Management:Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Team Leadership and Development:Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's reputation and assets.
