Salary: £41,468 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-timeWe are seeking a Building Surveyor to join our clients dedicated surveying services team. This role offers a diverse range of surveying tasks within a dynamic environment, focusing on structural and fire damage works, as well as damp and mould issues. Day to Day of the role:

Deliver a customer-focused and right-first-time surveying service as part of the surveying services team.
Take a lead on insurance work related to fire and structurally damaged properties.
Manage subcontractors from inception to completion on a variety of work.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to resolve any customer complaints in your service area.
Survey and specify works relating to structural defects which fall under insurance thresholds.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A degree in Building Surveying or significant experience in the field.
Excellent customer service skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of CDM regulations and experience in applying them.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
