The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our clients team in Crewe. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in managing employee relations and providing expert HR support across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling complex employee relations cases and consultations
Ensuring compliance with employment law
Supporting managers with HR best practices and policies
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies
What We’re Looking For:

CIPD Qualified to Level 5 or equivalent site HR Advisor experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing employee relations, ideally in a fast-paced FMCG setting
Solid HR knowledge and understanding of employment law
Proven track record in handling complex cases and consultations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
