An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to move into management, joining an esteemed Facilities Services business operating from their head office and supporting a team of multidisciplined engineers. This role will involve managing a team of engineers offering technical support, driving team performance and development, and allocating resource to incoming maintenance works.
Candidates applying must have expertise in either mechanical or electrical trades with a background in the Facilities Management industry.
The Maintenance Engineer will be offered:

The Maintenance Engineer responsibilities are:
* Coordinate reactive calls, enforce SLAs, manage maintenance plans, and oversee projects.
* Oversee team development, including hiring, appraisals, and coaching.
* Manage a team of engineers, allocating workload and providing technical support.
* Collaborate with engineers to schedule works and review completed tasks.
The Maintenance Engineer requires:
* Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical trades (hold NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications).
* Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry.
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
