About the Role

We are currently seeking a flexible and supportive Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school located in the High Lane area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Teach trained individual to play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment for children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes as directed by the teacher.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of engaging and stimulating lessons.
Offer individualised support and guidance to cater to diverse learning needs.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success.
Maintain accurate records and complete assigned administrative tasks.Person Specification:

Essential: Team Teach qualification (or equivalent)
Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential: A resilient and adaptable individual with a positive attitude.
Essential: Passionate about education and child development.
Desirable: Experience working within a primary school setting.Benefits:
