Our client, a leading Wealth Management company, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their team as an IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) Administrator.

As an IFA Administrator, you will be an integral part of their team, providing crucial support to the financial advisors and ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Assisting financial advisers in preparing and processing investment and insurance applications.
Managing and updating client records and databases.
Liaising with external providers to obtain relevant client information.
Conducting research on investment products and market trends.
Acting as a point of contact for client queries and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborating with the team to complete ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services industry.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
