Childcare Law Solicitor

My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Childcare law Solicitor to join their Childcare Team.

Job Description:

* Asa a Childcare law Solicitor you will be involved conducting your own caseload in Childcare Law matters. (No Private Family Law work is involved, as that is undertaken by a different Team).

* Prior experience in this area of at least 2 years is required, including running your own caseload and undertaking Advocacy.

* We are inviting applications from all experienced Childcare Law candidates, not just those who have The Law Society’s Children Law Panel accreditation and/or have a Children’s Guardian following.
