The Role

An experienced Digital Technical Project Manager is required to join a growing, ambitious company based in Brighton. The Digital Technical Project Manager will have a pivotal role in the business - reporting directly to the Directors. The business is currently at an exciting point in their journey whereby they have a new vision around a strategic approach to design and also are on a journey of creating an innovative new SaaS product with an aim of helping the business scale globally. You will support this phase of the business' journey - and embark on this adventure with them!

Within this role, you will advise clients on technological solutions, collaborate with third parties, lead the team internally and work on client projects. A key part to the position will be communication within the company - you will help communicate internally through senior management and within creative teams and externally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the final products algin with the initial business requirements and adhere to the specified designs. You will work on a wide range of projects from small, through to large projects - from B2B, to sustainability. Up for making an impact? You will work on the projects from day 1, see them through from beginning to end as well as build upon existing projects to expand and scale them over time. You will be comfortable explaining technical concepts to a wide range of audiences including non-technical senior stakeholders as well as leading the process of gathering requirements, identifying gaps and proposing potential solutions.

Requirements:

3+ years in:

Managing multiple projects from initial conception right through to completion
Gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications and documentation.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Managing client expectations and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and senior management
The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
AGILE, SCRUM, Waterfall
Project management tools such as JIRA
Software development lifecycle knowledge and methodologies
Any knowledge of relevant technologies and platforms such as cloud services, databases, web development frameworks such as WordPress
