Front of House Manager

08:30 – 17:30 Working Hours (Will include weekend work)
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join the team and help provide a fantastic service throughout the day in a busy farm shop cafe! The ideal candidate will be passionate about good customer service and providing the best service possible.
Duties (included not limited to) :
* Hands on role – serving customers as well as managing the front of house team.
* Responsible for creating all front of house rota’s, making sure busy periods are well staffed.
* Monthly stock take and ordering of all front of house goods.
* Being a positive influence with all members of staff.
* Maintain a clean and organised service area.
* Collaborate with kitchen team members and the front of house team to ensure timely and efficient food production and service.
Who we need:
* Someone with proven experience in a similar role.
* Barrister trained and experienced in this area.
* Used to working with an EPOS system.
* Basic food hygiene (Desirable, not essential)
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours
* 08:30 – 17:30 (will include weekend work) Possibly extend hours in summer period
