(Senior) Product Manager

Kverneland Group Mechatronics is one of the nine production sites of the Kverneland Group. We are engaged in the development, production and sales of electronic solutions for agricultural machinery and tractors.

To expand our team, we are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager.

As (Senior) Product Manager, you are leading a young and agile Product Management team. Together with different branches in the company you are creating and driving a portfolio strategy in Precision Farming related Hard- and Software. With your team you are deriving products and services and supervise them along the development process. As part of an international organization, you will work together with colleagues from the other factories and entities in Europe as well as external stakeholders on identifying new opportunities.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Development and coordination of your Product Management team
• Leading the portfolio strategy and product roadmap development
• Regular product alignment across the European organization
• Identification and validation of market needs and requirements
• Driving commercial and technical competitive analyses
• Developing and maintaining a reference customer base
• Validate new solutions with existing and potential new customer segments

Knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business-)Engineering, Economy or related field required or 5+ years of commensurate experience
• Experience in electronics Hard- and/or Software development industry
• Analytical and growth-oriented mindset combined with a practical attitude
• Customer and solution oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages appreciated
• Leadership experience appreciated
• Willingness to travel
