We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team GBE/SHV-PET2 as an Executive Specialist Global Policies & Benefits Management.

  • In collaboration with the Mobility IT Team, you co-design, implement, and monitor global HR mobility initiatives concerning topics such as data quality, integrity and automation, to enhance service efficiency.
  • You review and update transfer corporate requirements and high-level agreements, as well as conduct exception reviews for policy and process updates.
  • Moreover, you participate in Request for Proposals (RFPs) for global mobility service providers.
  • You manage knowledge and provide guidance to the service teams by facilitating trainings and contributing articles to shared platforms.
  • You represent the global mobility team in projects such as mergers and acquisitions and the development of transfer packages.
  • Additionally, you support trend-scouting and benchmarking for mobility solutions.
  • You provide guidance on policy matters and clarifications to the service teams and relocation service provider.
  • bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in global HR mobility, policies, and benefits management
  • expertise in global HR mobility trends, best practices and industry benchmarks; project management experience is a plus
  • proficiency in using HR software and platforms
  • strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder interests simultaneously
  • ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • fluency in English; other languages are a plus
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000-58.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
  • Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
