Accounts Assistant

Temporary Accounts Assistant required for a business who provide household supplies based in Appleton Thorne, Warrington.
The Company have 3 separate sites, all under the same arm but they all have their own set of accounts, so the person for this role will need to be detailed focused to ensure that figures and invoices are matched to the correct areas.
The role will involve high volume invoicing and requires someone confident with Sage Line 50.
The ideal person will have an all-round accounts background and be happy to commit for a 4-week period initially.
You must be a driver to apply for this role due to the remote location.

What will you be doing as an Accounts Assistant?

General all-round accounts
Purchase ledger / sales ledger
Supporting with processing payments in and out
Supporting payroll
Volume invoice processing using Sage Line 50
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

You must drive for this position due to the remote location
General all-round accounts experience across Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
Confident processing volume invoices
Must have experience with Sage Line 50
Payroll experience would be an advantage but
Excellent Software skills across MS Office including Excel
Ability to multitask and a keen eye for detail as will be looking after essentially 3 sets of accounts
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
What will you get in return for your work as an Accounts Assistant

Hourly rate of up to £13.28ph dependent upon experience
Working full time, Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Temporary work for a minimum of 4 weeks
