A highly respected, growing construction company in Hertfordshire, has an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to growth
This mid-sized contractor work across a range of sectors including commercial, community, healthcare, hospitality, education, defense, and retail
You will enjoy working in a relaxed atmosphere within an experienced and importantly, a happy team

The role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
You will be joining a successful team, working on schemes up to £8m
Mainly cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex, but do go national
You will work across 3-4 schemes at various stages
Education, healthcare, and defense are the 3 primary sectors
All work is negotiated
Fantastic opportunity to up skill and work on schemes in their entirety - you will be working to the client's set budget, and making their idea a reality
Working directly with the client from conception to completion - you will be looking at the job/ meeting the client, working out costings/ design, then commercially managing the scheme to completion

Strong Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors are invited to apply.
You have refurbishment experience with a main contractor.
You will be dynamic and able to think on your feet.
You will be computer literate.
