Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a leading Leisure/Retail company to recruit a Spanish speaking Food & Beverage Procurement Manager.

Experienced/Skills Required:

Food & beverage sourcing experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English
Confident Negiotator
Strong knowledge of Importing products
Supplier Quality Assurance including food safety.
Strong Supplier/Performance Management
Degree Level or equivalent
