We are currently recruiting for an Online Sales Advisor for a auto parts company based in Huddersfield, HD1.
This is a permanent vacancy, and and excellent opportunity to join a well-established, expanding client.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer queries over the phone, live chat and e-mail in a professional friendly manner maximising every opportunity for a sale and upsell.
- Checking part compatibilities, availabilities and pricing using various EPC’s
- Raising / following up courier claims
- Processing sales / purchases using CDK and Excel
- Monitoring, updating and creating product listings.
- Monitoring website health.
- Monitoring stock levels of the best-selling item.
- Market research
- Occasional picking and packing.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally customer service experience in a similar field
- Basic Microsoft office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Keen eye to detail
- Willingness to learn new things
- Positive ‘Can do’ attitude
Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 8am 5-pm
- 1 in 8 Sat mornings
Salary:
- £25,282 annual salary
- Bonus potential of up to £3k a year
