Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
