This is a unique opportunity to join a new business within the finance sector that is disrupting the lending market. We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Advisor from a financial services background to ensure all our client and customer relationship are strong and all contact meets with not only the highest standards of customer service but also FCA regulations.
This is a chance to really make a role your own and have a voice within an innovative new business that has big growth plans. You will play a huge role in building the customer service function leading to progression and development as the company department grows.
