Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: North West England, Cheshire, Warrington
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Per annum + Bonus
Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Job Duties:
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making
Partner with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Support the development and implementation of financial strategies
Required Qualifications:
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
Proven experience in a similar finance business partnering role
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Prior experience in business partnering or financial analysis
Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance
Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and financial software
Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
