Sales Account Manager (Full Time, office-based)
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, whilst providing them with valuable information, and introducing our range of educational services. Your primary focus will be on engaging with clients over telephone and email, understanding their needs, and informing them of potential investment analysis within the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their investment & education objectives.

Product Education: Provide catered information about our instruments and educational material, including features, benefits, and associated risks, ensuring that clients are well-informed to make educated decisions.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and investment preferences to tailor recommendations that align with their objectives and within FCA regulations.
*
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively addressing their needs.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the client engagement process, including accurate record-keeping and disclosure of relevant information such as risk.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to share insights, coordinate efforts, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and product enhancements through ongoing in-house training and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications required:

Previous experience in sales, telesales, or financial services.
*
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively through telephone/email.

Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and expectations.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems.

Adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
