We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join one of our clients, a long and very well established main contractor in Cardiff. Our client carries out a diverse range of projects up to £40 million and have been established in the region for over 20 years.
Working within an established pre con team, you will Report to the Pre Construction Manager, with the following roles and responsibilities:
Coordinate the tender process in a timely fashion
Accurate measurement using both CAD and manual measures
Production of tenders using Causeway
Develop relationships with the design team and clients
Develop relationships, quality and the range of the supply chain
Indentification of areas of risk and opportunity
This role would suit an experienced Estimator from a main contractor background who resides close to the Cardiff area and is able to work on larger schemes ideally.
