We are excited to be partnering with a manufacturing business to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to add to their incredibly experienced Marketing Division.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead the digital marketing efforts of our organisation and drive strategic growth across multiple channels.
Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Greater Leeds
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and implement effective marketing campaigns across diverse channels to enhance brand visibility, acquire new clients, and foster customer retention.
* Oversee all company social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
* Manage the ecommerce channel, along with support from wholesale and retail sales teams, and oversee company websites.
* Evaluate and implement marketing technology and tools to optimise productivity and efficiency, while ensuring robust tracking and measurement of all marketing activities.
* Drive the digital transformation of customer touchpoints across all divisions, enhancing the overall customer experience.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with marketing and PR agencies to ensure cohesive execution and favourable commercial outcomes.
* Monitor and report on the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
* Uphold brand consistency and clarity in all internal and external communications.
* Provide training and guidance on brand guidelines to commercial teams, fostering a unified brand identity.
* Collaborate with sales teams to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive results.
* Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, generating strategic insights for brand enhancement.
* Ensure compliance with customer data protection requirements and statutory obligations related to sales and marketing.
* Support retail stores and ecommerce by driving awareness and footfall through online and offline channels.
* Work closely with key stakeholders to review and refine marketing strategies, aligning them with broader business objectives.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends.
* Identify opportunities for company participation in industry events to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Profound understanding of digital marketing best practices, trends, and tools.
* Demonstrated experience in PPC, SEO, SEM strategy, and website management.
* Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating marketing goals, strategies, and results.
* Proven track record of delivering results in digital marketing.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Experience in budget management.
* Strategic thinking capabilities to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives.
* Analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and tracking KPIs
