Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Bracknell
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 16:30 - 01:00
Pay Rate: £12.50

Responsibilities:
• Using FLT Counterbalance Truck: Safely and effectively using a FLT counterbalance truck, ensuring secure and damage-free transportation of goods.
• Order Picking: Accurately picking customer orders in a timely manner to meet dispatch schedules.
• Inventory Management: Efficiently put away orders to the correct locations within the warehouse to maintain an organized inventory.
• General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to housekeeping standards.
• Warehouse Duties: Perform a variety of general warehouse tasks, including heavy lifting when required, to support overall warehouse operations.

Skills Required

Requirements:
• Certification: Must hold an externally accredited FLT Counterbalance Licence.
• Experience: Demonstrated previous experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
• Team Player: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
