Night Shift Supervisor

We’re looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to join a thriving manufacturing business at their Stalybridge site.
We’re looking for a candidate with previous experience working with thermoplastic materials who can oversee the day-to-day functioning of operations.

* Monday – Thursday 6:00pm – 6:00am

What will you be doing as a Night Shift Supervisor?
* Overseeing day-to-day functioning of operations
* Ensuring all procedures are carried out to ISO 9001 standards
* Maintaining a high degree of discipline and productivity across the labour force
* Ensuring that all housekeeping is maintained in line with company standards
What do you need?
* Previous experience performing mould changes
* Experience with working with a range of thermoplastic materials on machinery
* An understanding of automation processes (desirable)
* Familiarity with setting up auxiliary equipment (desirable)
