Position Overview: A dedicated EYFS teacher is sought to join a passionate team in Islington on a full-time, long-term basis. As an EYFS teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners aged 3 to 5 years old, laying the foundation for their future academic success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
• Conducting ongoing assessments to monitor progress and identify individual learning needs, providing targeted support and interventions as required.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of every child.
• Fostering positive relationships with children, promoting independence, resilience, and a love for learning.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and statutory requirements.

Qualities Needed:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with specialized experience in Early Years education.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation in teaching and learning. A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom and beyond.
• Resilience, patience, and a nurturing approach to supporting the individual needs of every child.

Pay Rates: EYFS Teacher: Daily Rate £160-£210 (Based on Teacher Pay Scale in the UK)
