We are looking for an Level 3 teaching assistant to work with KS1 pupils at a primary school based in Erdington. Candidates should be qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
The school has a supportive staff team who are committed to maintaining high standards by achieving the best for all pupils. We provide an environment in which teachers enjoy working and feel valued and supported by senior leaders to do well.
This is a full-time role.
Successful candidate:
Be able to work with a variety of learning abilities, supporting the children one-to-one, in small groups and in class depending on the provision.
Experience of working with KS1 pupils.
Be flexible and able to adapt to a range of duties and be committed to working in our teams.
Be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to working with children having a ‘can do’ approach.The successful candidate will be offered opportunities for further training and professional development.
