Semi Senior Accountant

Forward thinking accountancy practice based in Cleobury Mortimer, are recruiting for a senior an ambitious senior accountant. They are looking for somebody with team leadership and management qualities, and someone with ambitions to progress to higher positions in the future, including director and partner.

They are a growing practice, with sustained and consistent growth over recent years, and are recruiting for an individual able to match the company ambitions.

This role is suited to semi senior/senior accountants, who aren't expecting huge amounts of progression

Accountant Position Overview

Accounting and Financial Reporting
Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
Client management, building and maintaining strong client relationships
General bookkeeping
Be actively involved with the growth of the practice
Working within a team, and reporting to seniors

Accountant Position Requirements

AAT qualified, and ACCA part qualified is accepted
Previous Accountancy Practice experience, ideally 3 years minimum
Able to commute
Be competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

Accountant Position Remuneration

Salary depending on experience, ranging from £28k-38k
