Senior Surveyor - Commercial

Central Scotland

Up to £50K+ Car Allowance + Bonus

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Property Services Contractor based in Central Scotland who are now actively recruiting a Senior Surveyor.

You will have experience leading a Team of Surveyors.

Responsibilities:

Manage the financial aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their requirements.
Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Surveyor, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Experience working within property services on planned work office refurbishments.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
