Position: Female PE Teacher (Supply Basis with potential for School Contract)

Days: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Location: Darwen, Lancashire

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons, promoting active participation and a positive attitude towards fitness
Inspire students to develop their physical skills, teamwork abilities, and leadership qualities through a variety of sports and activities
Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and assess their performance in accordance with the schools policies
Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to the wider school community, including covering general subjects on designated days if required
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, supporting the holistic development of every student
Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) with relevant qualifications in Physical Education
A genuine passion for physical education, sports, and promoting a healthy lifestyle
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
Adaptability and willingness to cover general subjects on designated days, ensuring seamless continuity in education
