Are you an Estimator or similar from a construction background who is looking for an exciting role within a company that offers a company car and annual bonuses to increase your earnings.

This fast growing and ambitious company bring 60 years of construction knowledge and experience, to provide the best services to huge clients such as Marks and Spencer, Mars and The NHS.

In this dynamic and autonomous role, you will be costing and estimating construction projects from design to completion, working autonomously as well as in a team of 6 at their office in Kings Lynn. You will be creating method statements and quotations, liaising with the clients, project managers and site supervisors to ensure smooth project running for conception to completion.

This varied role would suit an Estimator or similar from a construction background, who is looking for an autonomous role within a trusted and fast-growing company that offers a company car for personal use and annual company bonuses to increase your earnings.

The Role:

Pricing, planning and estimating construction projects from start to finish.
Liasing with Clients to ensure client satisfaction and specifications are met
Creating method statements and handovers for the project and site managersThe Person:

Estimator or similar with 5 years' experience
OR
Background in Construction
