Service Coordinator

Our client is a leading UK provider of refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical/mechanical services. Based in the heart of Birkenhead, you'll become part of a team that values a family type atmosphere.

What you'll do

You'll be the primary point of contact for communication with customers, suppliers, engineers, and enquirers.
Manage end-to-end job processes, including raising job numbers and invoicing.
Oversee work in progress to ensure timely completion, adhering to customer KPIs.
Keep the engineering schedule up to date and collaborate with fellow Service Coordinators on scheduling.
Maintain regular communication with customers, reviewing and approving quotes, and handling service-related tasks.

What you'll need

Minimum 5 GCSE's above C grade, including English.
2+ years of customer service or administration experience within the refrigeration, facilities management or engineering industry. (Essential)
Excellent knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office.
