Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisors - £30,000
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have experience in an outsourced customer service environment? Are you a native Polish speaker or possess CEFR Level C1 proficiency in Polish? If so, we want you to join our clients dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor!
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide effective resolutions to end users.
* Record case resolutions in the contact centre tool based on client communication via phone, email, chat, etc.
* Ensure that cases are resolved within the case life cycle, adhering to individual balanced scorecard metrics.
* Escalate priority issues according to client specifications to the immediate lead as necessary.
Qualifications:
* Native Polish speaker or near native proficiency (CEFR Level C1).
* Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
* Manageable English skills (B1+ or better) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the client systems.
