HR Advisor (12 Month FTC)
Pertemps are delighted to bring to market an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor.
The successful candidate will have strong experience with a wide range of HR products and services, to support outcomes aligned with the people and business strategy.
£35,000 - £36,000
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid Working
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide advice and support to Management on employee relations.
Oversight on employee relationships.
Working closely with the L&D and Recruitment teams.
Advising on complex issues using HR knowledge.
Skills and Experience Required
Stakeholder management- experience partnering with various business areas.
Ability to effectively manage complex issues.
Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices, and policies.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
