Role: Technical Coordinator

Salary: £45k - £55k plus £5k car allowance
Location: Borough Green, Kent
The Role
To work for a leading and expanding regional high end housebuilder based near Borough Green, Kent in the role of Technical Coordinator in the Planning and Development department.
The company have growth plans for the next 5 years, with the desire to double their current turnover by 2030. Our client is genuinely proud of their product and the company that they have created.
Principal accountabilities of the role include:
* Residential experience and good knowledge of building regs, fire etc.
* Coordinating design components and being able to control planning condition trackers.
* Liaising with External Design Consultants -Architects – Structural Engineers, Building Control Surveyors etc.
* Liaising with Subcontractors with Design Responsibilities.
* Dealing with Planning Condition Discharge.
* Familiar with Viewpoint 4Projects
* Familiar with SharePoint.
* Proactive approach.
* Working with Planning /Land and Construction Divisions.
Offer What is on offer?
• Remote working one day per week
• Permanent Contract, immediate start
• £35,000 to £45,000 salary plus £5,000 car allowance
