As the Retail Delivery Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining digital signage solutions, providing top-notch technical support, and delivering unparalleled customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by swiftly resolving inquiries and issues related to our offerings. Your expertise in digital signage will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of services to retail clients.

This pivotal position is based in the company’s Reading office and reports directly to the Head of Service. The ideal candidate will possess:

Exceptional communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with team members, clients, and colleagues.
A self-motivated nature, with the ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
A proactive stance on problem-solving, ensuring the continuity of service and client contentment.
Familiarity with the latest trends, standards, and emerging technologies within the Audio Visual and Digital Signage sectors.
A history of implementing and upholding quality management systems in service delivery.
