Electrician

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrician to join an established family owned company working in the Wiltshire area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, will be hard working, reliable and hold electrical qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations, AM2 and 18th edition as a minimum.

This is a full time role for an experienced approved electrician to join on a permanent basis and work in the military and commercial sector. To carry out electrical installations in the region on industrial and commercial sites.

Duties:

Provide a high quality electrical install service to clients and ensure the installation work is up to current regulations
Ensure all health and safety measures are met on site
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Perform tasks as instructed by manager
Installation of tray work, conduit, trunking
Installation of SWA type cabling at various sizes
Installation of distribution boards
Work with company and client colleagues to ensure laid-down standards of quality are always maintained.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with client and colleagues.
Boiling/Heating experience would be an advantage

NVQ/SVQ/C&G Level 3 or recognized apprenticeship equivalent
AM2
18th Edition
2391 Testing and Inspection

Must be able/willing to provide a basic disclosure certificate.

Salary / Package
Basic Salary - £18.50 - £19.50ph (£41,125 - £43,348)
42.75 Hours Monday - Friday
Paid Travel Time
Overtime
20 days annual leave + bank holidays
Company vehicle with fuel card
