Prosource - Change Expert

The change expert develops a change action plan that achieves awareness, behavior change, and mindset alignment in line with the objectives set within the framework of company transformations.

Context

• He/she is willing to collaborate with all stakeholders, even if they are external employees, who belong to a different company than his/hers.
• The change expert understands the business strategy and provides communication plans and methodologies to inform, engage, and align stakeholders.
• Where necessary, he/she integrates training and education into the process.
• He/she realizes that changes require more than just training and communication.
• He/she understands the functioning of projects alongside pure "change" expertise.
• The change expert recognizes the importance of a mindset change and guides all stakeholders in this.

As a change expert, you bring the following

• Is an excellent facilitator and coordinator.
• Develops the change and communication strategy and documents it in the change & communication action plan.
• Contributes to communication development and seeks the best communication channels.
• Reports on the change in a structured manner, with clear benchmarks compared to the objectives to be achieved.
• Helps develop a clear operational model for further Change Implementation activities.
• Monitors content dependencies with other projects. You work closely with other Business Analysts & Architects.
• You contribute to Change trajectories by providing expertise, substantive support to project leaders, peer review of deliverables
• Facilitates with various partners for documenting and monitoring working groups and discussions: decisions, proposals through clear documentation.
• Maintains an overview of the topics under analysis and takes into account changing priorities. You communicate about this in a transparent manner to the team and your stakeholders.
• Facilitates with various partners for the development of overarching communication and training materials.
