Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of the company and its clients
- Windows and Linux PCs and Servers
- Active Directory Service
- Proxmox Hypervisor
- VoIP (Freepbx)
- Network equipment (Routers, Switch, Ubiquiti Access points, etc.)
- Google Workspace
- Cash register system (Odoo)
- Management, monitoring or security tools
- Provide support to internal users and customers
- Support the company and its customers in their development and expansion by providing appropriate IT solutions
- Follow configuration and security best practices and ensure user awareness of security practices
- Ensure maximum system availability and act proactively to prevent outages.
- Maintain, update and develop appropriate documentation and procedures within the company
- Collaborate with the development team of our Odoo ERP for the testing and deployment of Hardware solutions linked to the ERP
- Work and carry out installations and maintenance operations outside of office hours on an occasional basis
Profile and Skills
- Operating systems Windows (10-11, Server ), Linux (Ubuntu, Debian)
- Management and configuration of network equipment (Routers, Switches, access points) and good general networking knowledge
- Proxmox hypervisor or equivalent (VMware etc)
- Basic knowledge of VoIP
- Managing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Bachelor in computer science (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a position including system and network administration
- Solution and customer oriented
- Good communication skills
- Autonomous and able to manage and prioritize priorities
- Fluency in French and English (Proficiency in Dutch is a plus)
- Flexible availability (keeps weekends and public holidays alternating)
- Good pressure management
- Driving license B essential
