Planning Engineer based Piccadilly Circus - Fabulous project
We are currently resourcing a role for an experienced Planning Engineer for a London based construction main contractor. Site based a short walk from Piccadilly Circus tube, the project involves the refurbishment of an existing building into a superb family home.
The successful Planning Engineer's responsibilities will included involvement will the master programme and breaking down packages based on requirements and deliverables. Feeding in progress and comparing to baseline information. Change control and alternation to master programme. The Planning Engineer will also be involved in regular communication with the Project Team. The project is using MS project software.
The Planning Engineer will have experienced of fast track fit out schemes, good understanding of tradition forms of contract, good communication skills because the role will require the Planning Engineer to meet with the client and their team to understand expectations and gather information about the project and then work with the internal project teams to ensure delivery, on-time, on-budget and effectively
