We are looking for a Lead IT Service Delivery Engineer that brings a methodical and dedicated approach to R&D, problem solving, and are able to act quickly in assessing a situation. We want you to relish in the provision of a first class service to our customers and be able to communicate at all levels to ensure understanding. Either working alone or part of the team, we want you to come up with solutions that ensure business continuity or can add substance to new or on-going projects or products.

In this role, we’re looking for someone to lead, develop and manage the technical capability of an IT Service Delivery team onsite at Corsham, maintaining a high-quality project delivery service.

Technical Skills:

* Experience with Server Architecture, Firewalls, and Routers;

* Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Skype, and MS SharePoint;

* Experience with System Integration, Network Infrastructure, Virtualisation, VLANs & VPN

* Strong stakeholder management experience.

Desirable:

* Experience with IPS and IDS

* Experience with Solaris and Linux

* Experience with cloud provisioning, deployment environments, ITIL, and mail & web filtering

* Project management experience

Due to the highly secure nature of the projects you’ll be working on, you must be willing to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government DV-Level security clearance
