Production Team Lead - 3rd shift ($1.50 Shift differential)

Job Description
We are seeking a Production Team Lead on 3rd shift to work at one of our facilities. The Production Team lead reports to the Production Supervisor and exercises direct control over a Production department and coordinates with other Production Supervisors and Management. As part of your role you will be responsible for:
Directing, coordinating and planning the activities of a specific production department under master production schedule and the hourly work force (including machine operators, i.e., milling, mixing, canning equipment, etc.) involved in the manufacture of product
Serving as lead person for a group of hourly employees utilizing established methods, normally to a maximum of 15 employees
Communicating procedures to all subordinates, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicable
Interpreting statistical reports, cycle time specifications and job orders to workers, and assigns duties
Additional assigned duties as directed by Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
This is a 3rd shift position.  Hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.
