Quality Inspector

Actio Engineering Recruitment are delighted to be assisting our Exhall based client with their search for a Quality Inspector.
Our client, are a forward thinking business who manufacture quality components for a variety of different industries including Aerospace and Defence.
The Role
• Accurately measure product features to determine conformance/non-conformance
• Continuous improvement of inspection processes to increase efficiency
• Conduct inspection processes to meet customer and internal requirements
• Conduct measurements of products/tooling and fixtures as required
About You
The ideal candidate will:
• Have Mitutoyo CMM Programming and Setting experience using MCOSMOS
• Be able to inspect precision part with tight tolerances
• Be conversant with Product Inspection First Principles
• Be competent in reading and interpreting drawings including GD&T
• Have extensive experience with calibrated inspection equipment.
Shift
Monday to Thursday – 7:30am to 4:30pm
Friday – 7:30am to 12:30pm
Pay
Up to £19p/h depending on experience
