My client is a national water contractor working around the North East Area on various Northumbrian Water frameworks. They are Looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work from their office around Washington.
Working in the office as a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will help provide the full range of commercial support for their framework contract with Northumbrian Water including the preparation and submission of valuations, the identification, pricing and agreement of compensation events, agreement of final accounts, costing new schemes and supporting the preparation of regular cost value reconciliations, formal budgets and quarterly forecasts and monitoring revenue and cost in real time.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Overseeing and supporting commercially
Pricing and cost valuation
Formal budgets and quarterly forecasts
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will need:
10-15 years working as a Quantity Surveyor on Utilities contracts
National Water experience (working with Northumbrian Water, Yorkshire Water etc.)
BSc and HND in Quantity Surveying
