Hays - Network and Support Administration

A client in the building sector is currently looking for a Network and Support Administration (Germ / ENG - Luxembourg / CDI).

The company is looking for someone who already has a background in network administration. You will have the opportunity to evolve in this company.

Your Responsibilities as a Network and Support Administration

• You provide support to users on call and on site.
• You create and maintain processes and documentation for IT infrastructure.
• You create, set up, and implement secure computer networks to fulfill corporate requirements.
• As needed by users, you will install, configure, and troubleshoot computer Hardware and software.
• You install and manage VPNs, web filtering programs, intrusion detection and prevention systems, Firewalls, and other security technologies.
• You monitor on networks at all times to spot and address security concerns.
• You create and uphold IT security guidelines, protocols, and standards.
• You take part in the creation and execution of plans for company continuity and recovery.

Required skills for this role

• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in network administration.
• You are fluent in German and English (Mandatory)
• You have a good knowledge on several of these products: Firewall, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VEEAM, VM ware, Security basis
• You are curious, ready to learn and a good communicator.
