We're looking for a dedicated After Sales Assistant to oversee our comprehensive Key Ready Service, ensuring our clients experience a smooth and hassle-free relocation process.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-purchase, guiding them through our Key Ready Service offerings and addressing their relocation needs.

• Liaise with local contacts to arrange essential services like keyholding, utility connections, interior design assistance, furniture installation, and more.

• Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns or queries.

• Conduct property inspections to ensure services are delivered as per the client's expectations and in accordance with our standards.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Portuguese

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus

• Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and ensure timely service delivery.

• Client-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
