Position: Deputy Care Manager
Contract: Fixed Term - 6 months
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum

Requirements:
Qualifications: Minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a residential home for adults or a children's home.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within social care.
Specialised Knowledge: Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge, and complex needs.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A commitment to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people with autism.What's On Offer:
